i) Legal Responsibility
You agree that any use of this site is deemed legal within your country of residence (including state or region jurisdictions) and that you have full permission from any required parties to access the services provided by GMMP.
Additionally, you accept that neither GMMP nor any of its affiliates or associates (including, but not limited to; CPALead LTD, MidPhase Hosting or The Planet Internet Services) are responsible for any damges (financial or otherwise) which could possibly occur as a result of access or use of our services.

ii) Copyright
All material used in any form on our website is licensed only for use to GMMP (or we were unable to ascertain correct licensing information for the content) and you have no write to reproduce GMMP in part or whole for personal, education or business use at any point in time without express written permission from all individuals who hold ownership in GMMP.

iii) Contest Terms
After completing a verification CPA offer from one of our associates you acknowledge that your Internet Protocol (IP) address will be stored by CPALead LTD for verification purposes and this constitutes one 'entry' to our referrer contest.
Entry to the contest in no way guarantees any form of reciprocal action from GMMP nor any of its associates if we deem your entry invalid for any legitimate reason.

After verifying the legitimacy of the contest entry (an entry is deemed only as 'valid' if a verifiable copy of your referrer link can be identified as the HTTP referrer for your referred members) you will then be emailed using your contact information provided on the referrer website and notified that you have been successful in securing a prize in our referrer contest.
Any failure to respond to this email within 168 hours - one week - will result in the winners status being declared void; although their winning status may be reactivated at the disgression of GMMP staff.

Furthermore, we must stress that any false advertising on the behalf of the user participating in the referrer contest is not the fault of GMMP and if we detect any of these type of issues then their entry to the referrer contest will be declared invalid and no chance for appeal will be given.

If the winner is reachable and can prove beyond reasonable doubt that their entry was valid (and submitted in entirety by them) then they will recieve the corresponding tier (1, 2 or 3) level reward as shown on our homepage.
They may also receive any costs incurred by themselves throughout the use of GMMP (for instance, phone credit if a mobile offer was completed) - although it should be noted that this is purely at the disgression of the management of GMMP

iv) Terms of Service Changes
All terms of service are subject to change at any point without notice and any continued use of any services provided by GMMP signifies total understanding and acceptance of said Terms and Conditions.
